DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and the Customer regarding the use of the Website, Services, and Products.
By accessing or using the Website, Services, or Products, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
